How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat shipping rate of $8 on all US orders, and shipping is free on orders over $70.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at contact@educatedtoybox.com with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.

What ages are your toys designed for?
Our puzzles and puzzle boards are designed for toddlers and young children, generally ages 2 and up. Each product page lists a recommended age range, so be sure to check before purchasing.

Our puzzle boards are made from sustainably sourced wood, finished with child-safe, non-toxic paints and coatings.

Are your products safety tested?
