How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-7 business days after that, depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat shipping rate of $7.50 on US orders, and shipping is free on orders of $50 or more.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can follow its progress.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at contact@educatedtoybox.com with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.
Warranty
What warranty comes with your products?
Every Educated Toy Box product, including our puzzle boards, the RollSafe puzzle mat and the Scooch balance bike, is covered by our Lifetime Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, for as long as the original purchaser owns it. See the full details on our warranty page.
My instruction sheet says 1-year warranty. Am I still covered for life?
Yes. We've upgraded our coverage, so every Educated Toy Box product now has the Lifetime Limited Warranty, no matter when you bought it or what your instruction sheet says.
I bought from you on Amazon. Am I covered?
Yes. The warranty covers products bought from us on Amazon or on our website. Just keep your order number as proof of purchase.
Do I need to register my warranty?
No. Your proof of purchase is all you need to make a claim. Registering is optional, takes under a minute, and helps us help you faster. You can register here.
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects under normal household use, including felt separation, structural or frame failure, hinge mechanism defects, kickstand failure, tray slide failure, raised edge detachment, wheel or seat defects on the Scooch, and defective materials. It does not cover normal wear (such as felt pilling or fading, worn wheels and cosmetic scuffs), damage from misuse, accidents or water, commercial or rental use, products bought used or from unauthorized sellers, or products from other brands sold on our site, which are covered by their maker's warranty.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email support@educatedtoybox.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement part or a replacement product, depending on the problem.
Products
What ages are your products designed for?
It depends on the product. Our puzzle boards and puzzle mats are made for teens and adults. The Scooch balance bike is designed for toddlers 12 to 24 months. Each product page lists its recommended age range, so be sure to check before purchasing.
What are your puzzle boards made of?
Our puzzle boards have a soft, non-slip felt surface that keeps pieces right where you put them. Depending on the model, they come with collapsible sorting trays, felt trays or wooden sorting drawers. The RollSafe is a flexible felt mat that rolls up around an inflatable tube for storage.
Which puzzle board size do I need?
Most of our boards fit puzzles up to 1000 pieces. For bigger puzzles, the ErgoSpace Large and the RollSafe mat fit up to 1500 pieces, and the SnapFrame fits up to 2000 pieces.
Are your products safety tested?
Yes. All of our products have been safety tested to meet applicable US standards, including children's product safety testing for our kids' toys. Test documentation is available on request.
